Mosman is located on the lower north shore of Sydney, 8km north east of the Sydney CBD. The area is characterised by localities such as Balmoral, Beauty Point, Clifton Gardens and Georges Heights.

The area boasts small harbour side bays, beaches, foreshores and natural bushland areas, top restaurants and high end retail experiences and is home to the world famous Taronga Zoo.
